Use & Maintenance

Before first use, clean the discs with a damp cloth and dry them thoroughly. Fill the skimmer with water up to the max mark and heat the water through. Repeat the process twice, pouring out the water after each heating. Clean after each use. Rinse the container, lid and discs under lukewarm water and wipe the outside with a damp cloth.

Important information for vegans: use either oat milk or barista almond milk.

How it works

1. Choose the correct tool: use the discs alone to heat milk and use the discs together with the spring for frothing.
2. Fill the milk container with cold milk and make sure that the container is filled to somewhere between the MIN and MAX marks. Please note that there are different MAX marks for heating and frothing respectively.
3. Securely attach the lid and place the container in the base.
4. Turn on the machine.
5. The machine stops automatically when the program is complete, after which the milk is ready to be poured and enjoyed.
