FAQs

General questions

Why do you specifically source coffee from Ethiopia?

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and produces some of the world's most complex and flavorful Arabica beans. By focusing exclusively on Ethiopian coffee regions, we can offer a deeper experience of the unique floral, citrusy and berry flavor profiles that the country is known for.

Where is the coffee roasted?

All our coffee beans are imported as green beans and roasted in small batches here in Denmark. This gives us full control over the quality and ensures that the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible.

For private customers (retail)

Can I buy the coffee ground?

Yes. While we recommend whole beans for maximum freshness, we offer several grind grades:

  • Whole beans – best for home grinders

  • Fine – for espresso or mocha pot

  • Medium – for filter coffee or AeroPress

  • Coarse – for plunger or cold brew

How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?

We roast weekly. All bags are marked with a “Roasting Date” and we strive to ship the coffee within 48 hours of roasting so it reaches you at its peak flavor.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes. With our Coffee Club , you can choose your preferred roast and delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly or monthly) and save 10% on each delivery.

For businesses (wholesale)

Do you offer wholesale prices for cafes and offices?

Yes. We offer competitive wholesale prices to businesses in Denmark. Whether you run a specialty coffee café or want better coffee for the office, we offer larger packages (1 kg and 5 kg).

Can we get a customized roasting profile?

For larger volume wholesale customers, we offer collaboration on a customized roast profile that fits your brewing equipment or brand identity.

Do you offer coffee equipment or training?

Our primary focus is coffee, but we can recommend Danish partners within coffee equipment. For wholesale customers, we also offer basic dial-in sessions so your team gets the most out of our Ethiopian coffee beans.

Delivery & logistics

How much does shipping cost in Denmark?

We offer fixed shipping rates with GLS or PostNord. Orders over DKK 499 are delivered free of charge to parcel shops throughout Denmark.

Do you ship internationally?

Our primary focus is the Danish market to ensure maximum freshness. However, we do ship to selected EU countries upon request. Please contact us for a shipping estimate.

How should I store my coffee?

Store the coffee in its original packaging. Our bags have a one-way valve and a resealable zipper. Store the coffee in a cool, dark place – not in the refrigerator – to preserve the delicate Ethiopian aromas.
